How much Cake Will i need?
Depending on your expected guest count, there are several options to suit your needs. You may wish to have a smaller focal cake surrounded by coordinating smaller treats or opt for a masterpiece cake only. the following chart can offer visual assistance with figuring out basic sizes and servings. I am always very happy to help calculate what the best overall plan is for your occasion and vision.

Can I arrange Delivery to my event?
Yes! Buttercups is pleased to offer convenient delivery and set up services. fees are based on radius, with a minimum charge of $25. the maximum distance at this time is 75 miles. You are also more than welcome to pick up your cakes and desserts directly from my kitchen. Buttercups assumes no responsibility for desserts transported by clients once they are accepted. Thank you!!
What is the pick up address?
ButterCups address will be provided to all clients upon direct communication. thank you so much!
What are pick up hours?
Buttercups is open for pick up on Fridays from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm and on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. please note: Special events can affect these hours, Every effort will be made to accommodate special time arrangements if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
ButterCups accepts cash, check, zelle, cashapp and debit and credit cards. details are always provided with detailed service quotes via email.
how Long ahead of time do I need to place my order?
The sooner the better! Weekends, holidays and special occasions such as graduation and wedding season fill up very quickly. The best time frame for birthdays and smaller events is 4 - 8 weeks. For larger events, I suggest 6 - 12 months. don't hesitate to give a call, even for late inquiries, as sometimes I can squeeze something special in last minute!
